About Claridges Real Estate
Claridges Real Estate was started in 2006 by Robyn Mayne to sell real estate throughout Tauranga and the Western Bay of Plenty. In 2007 Robyn bought a home In Omokoroa and decided to specialise with her team in selling there. Robyn’s love of the Omokoroa community and vision for the company was to offer a service that reflected her desires to give clients a fresh approach to marketing as well as building a team of sales people to work for the company who were handpicked for their integrity, work ethics and communication skills. Robyn wanted a team that was willing to work co-operatively, to assist each other where necessary to provide the best service possible to clients and purchasers.
With the world changing as it has over the past couple of years, Robyn made the hard decision that it was time to bring a fresh approach to the company whilst still maintaining the core values that it was built on. With a chance meeting in early 2020, Robyn met Brent and Melanie (Milly) Dodunski and discovered that they have similar core values and a relationship formed immediately. Fast forward to the end of 2021 and with Robyn and Mike finding it more difficult to spend time with their kids and grandchildren, Robyn decided it was time to consider a change of ownership. This took place at the end of 2021 with Brent and Milly becoming the new owners.
In 2023, Claridges Real Estate was acquired by Barfoot & Thompson.

In 2023, Claridges Real Estate was acquired by Barfoot & Thompson. We worked with the new owners to transition everything over to their existing Barfoot & Thompson website and brand. All Claridges Real Estate domain names now point to the Omokoroa page on the Barfoot & Thompson website, and the Claridges Real Estate website is no longer accessible.
